Who it's for

Release evidence shouldn't become an audit-season project.

ForgeStack helps regulated software teams on AWS and Azure keep a clear technical record of every production release, so when somebody asks what changed, who approved it and what was tested, the answer already exists.

Think of it as a digital receipt for every production release.

What ForgeStack actually does

Every time software reaches production, useful evidence already exists across your delivery systems: the change, the approval, the tests, the security checks, the deployment and the associated ticket.

The problem is that those records are usually scattered.

ForgeStack brings them together into one consistent release record that can be reviewed by engineering, security, compliance or an auditor months later.

We currently work from release information produced by Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions and AWS-native CI/CD environments.

ForgeStack is not an auditor, legal adviser or replacement for your GRC platform. We provide the technical evidence behind the release.

Who gets value from it

If you're responsible for…ForgeStack helps you…
CTO, VP Engineering or Head of EngineeringKeep expensive engineering time focused on delivery rather than audit evidence reconstruction.
Head of Platform or DevOpsStop rebuilding old releases from pipeline runs, screenshots, tickets and approvals.
CISO or Head of SecuritySee missing technical evidence before an auditor discovers the gap.
Compliance, GRC or IT RiskGet consistent release evidence without repeatedly chasing engineering.
CFO or COOReduce skilled engineering time being spent on administrative evidence gathering.
Internal AuditSample production changes from a consistent technical record rather than scattered sources.
Platform and DevOps engineersSpend less time answering historical evidence requests.

The problem in plain English

An auditor asks: "Show me 20 production changes from the last six months. For each one, show what changed, who approved it, what testing took place and what reached production."

Without a consistent release record, somebody has to find the old pipeline runs, pull requests, tickets, approvals, security results and deployment history, and reconstruct the story manually.

ForgeStack's position is simple: that evidence should already exist before anybody asks for it.

Does ForgeStack make financial sense for your team?

ForgeStack costs £2,500 to onboard and £1,500 a month thereafter, with a three-month minimum that includes the onboarding month.

We don't claim that's economical for every company. If audit evidence only consumes a day or two of engineering time each year, you probably don't need us.

ForgeStack is designed for organisations where release evidence, change sampling, security reviews and audit requests repeatedly consume engineering, platform, security and compliance time.

A simple way to assess it: people involved × days spent on evidence × times per year × fully loaded daily cost. Compare that, plus any audit delays or external support, with ForgeStack's predictable service cost.

Want to see whether there's actually a problem before spending anything?

Send the exported information from one recent production release. ForgeStack will return a Free Release Evidence Readiness Check showing what evidence is present, what's missing or ambiguous, what an auditor-ready record could look like, and how it maps to the relevant change-control requirements.
