These terms apply to your use of forgestack.ai and the ForgeStack Evidence Packs service, operated by ForgeStack AI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16419264), registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.
Status of the service
ForgeStack Evidence Packs is no longer accepting new sign-ups or new subscriptions. Existing users can sign in and access their data, and shared receipts can still be verified, until 30 November 2026. We will give existing users notice before the service closes and a way to export their data.
Using the website and service
- Use them lawfully and do not try to disrupt them, access other users' data, or get around security controls.
- You are responsible for content you capture or share through the service, and for having the right to process it.
- Evidence packs and receipts record what was captured. They are not legal, financial or professional advice.
Availability and liability
The website and the service are provided as they are, without any promise that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
