Customers would upload unreleased ads, studies and product specifications to ForgeStack AI. These commitments will be in place before any validation customer uploads material.

Our commitments

  • Encryption in transit

    All traffic to the service over TLS (HTTPS). This website already uses HTTPS.

  • Encryption at rest for uploads

    Uploaded ads, studies and specifications stored encrypted.

  • Customer files never used to train AI models

    We will only use AI providers under API terms that exclude customer content from model training.

  • Deletion on request and on a schedule

    Files deleted when you ask, and automatically after a retention period you set.

    Access to customer material limited to named ForgeStack staff, and every access logged.

    A list of the providers that would process customer material, published before validation starts.
